Accelerator occupies an 18,000 square foot state-of-the-art space at 1616 Eastlake Avenue East in Seattle. The Accelerator space is located within a 165,000 SF facility owned and developed by an affiliate of Alexandria Real Estate Equities, Inc. in the midst of the vibrant Eastlake life science cluster in Seattle. The facility includes a number of laboratory/office “suites” as well as common space (reception, conference rooms, break room, etc.) and support infrastructure (autoclave/glass wash, DI water system, telecommunications/network, etc.). The suites are designed to provide each company with flexible and state of the art laboratory and office space, while fostering and promoting interaction among Accelerator companies and Accelerator staff.
