Accelerator occupies an 18,000 square foot state-of-the-art space at 1616 Eastlake Avenue East in Seattle. The Accelerator space is located within a 165,000 SF facility owned and developed by an affiliate of Alexandria Real Estate Equities, an Accelerator investor, in the midst of the vibrant Eastlake life science cluster in Seattle. The facility includes a number of laboratory/office “suites” as well as common space and support infrastructure. The suites are designed to provide each company with flexible and secure state of the art laboratory and office space, while fostering and promoting interaction among Accelerator companies and Accelerator staff.
